Zapier is not another storefront — it is how you attach the channels 3PLicity does not natively support. A Zap creates the sales order in 3PLicity and loops line items in by SKU. The warehouse sees a normal 3PLicity order.

What it is not

Zapier does not replace Shopify or Amazon. Those stay native because they need store identity, continuous ingest, and — for Shopify — status write-back. Zapier is the extensibility layer for everything else.
