Multi-tenant 3PL operating system

The operating system for small 3PLs.

Replace spreadsheets and inbox handoffs with a merchant-driven order model and a single system for receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping status.

  • Fewer shipping mistakes through structured receiving and fulfillment
  • Inventory you can actually trust, updated as you operate
  • Shared visibility — your merchants see status without emailing you

For small and mid-sized 3PLs. Owner/ops-led setup in under a day.

The reality on the floor

Small 3PLs lose margin to the same handful of mistakes.

Most issues aren't strategic — they're operational. They come from broken handoffs between merchants and the warehouse.

Mis-ships and wrong-SKU errors

Paper pick tickets and spreadsheets quietly produce shorts, swaps, and the chargebacks that follow.

Inventory that drifts from reality

Counts in the WMS, counts in the rack, counts in the merchant's head — none of them agree.

Merchants in the dark

Status updates live in inboxes. Every 'where is my order?' is a tax on your ops team.

Ops scattered across tools

Receiving in one place, fulfillment in another, shipping in a third. The seams are where mistakes live.

How it works

From PO to shipped, in five clear steps.

A single operating model for the merchant-3PL relationship — no ambiguity about who does what, or where the order is.

  1. 01

    Invite your merchant clients

Each merchant gets their own workspace inside your 3PL account. Multi-tenant by design — their data stays theirs.

  2. 02

Orders arrive from the merchant's channels

Merchants create POs and SOs directly, or connect Amazon (Shopify coming soon) — anything else attaches through Zapier. Nothing gets re-keyed.

  3. 03

    Receive inbound against POs

Line-by-line receiving, partials, and discrepancy handling — so what's on the rack matches what's in the system.

  4. 04

    Pick, pack, fulfill sales orders

A structured fulfillment flow that catches errors before they ship instead of after the chargeback.

  5. 05

    Ship with shared status

Carrier workflows and tracking visibility your merchants can see without emailing you for updates.

Benefits

Built so both sides win.

The 3PL gets cleaner operations. The merchant gets visibility. The relationship gets less friction.

  • Structured receiving, fulfillment, and shipping in one place
  • Inventory you can actually trust, per merchant and per location

  • One tool replacing the spreadsheet-plus-email-plus-WMS stack

For your merchants

  • Shipment status without chasing anyone
  • An audit trail for every receive, adjustment, and shipment
  • A predictable handoff with the 3PL doing the operating

Features

The four pillars of running a clean 3PL.

Receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping — one system, one shared view, one source of truth.

Receiving

Receive against purchase orders

Line-by-line receipts, partial shipments, and discrepancy capture. What hit the dock is what hits inventory.

  • Line-level receipts & partials
  • Discrepancy & damage notes
  • Per-merchant inbound queue

Inventory

Inventory you can trust

Per-merchant stock, locations, and adjustments — all updated as your team operates, not after the fact.

  • Per-merchant isolation
  • Location & bin tracking
  • Adjustments with audit trail

Fulfillment

Fulfill sales orders cleanly

A structured pick-pack flow that catches the wrong-SKU before it ships, not after the chargeback.

  • Pick & pack workflow
  • Validation at each step
  • Sales order status visible to merchants

Shipping

Ship with shared status

Carrier workflows and tracking that both your team and your merchants see from the same place.

  • Integrated carrier workflows
  • Tracking on every shipment
  • No more status-by-email

Integrations

Orders arrive as work to fulfill, not as data to re-enter.

3PLicity connects merchant sales channels to warehouse operations. Shopify and Amazon are native. Zapier is the open channel for everywhere else.

Shopify

Coming soon

First-party connection. The merchant authorizes their store once; orders and products flow into 3PLicity automatically, and fulfillment status is written back to the shop when an order ships or is cancelled.

  • One-time store authorization
  • Orders and products ingested continuously
  • Fulfillment and cancellation written back to Shopify

Amazon

Native

Inbound connection to Seller Central. Amazon orders become 3PLicity sales orders, ready to pick and pack in the same queue as everything else.

  • Seller Central orders become sales orders
  • Continuous inbound ingest
  • No re-keying between marketplace and warehouse

Open channel

Zapier for every other store

Zapier is not another storefront — it is how you attach the channels 3PLicity does not natively support. A Zap creates the sales order in 3PLicity and loops line items in by SKU. The warehouse sees a normal 3PLicity order.

  • Create sales orders and loop line items in by SKU
  • Create products, purchase orders, and inventory adjustments
  • Push 3PLicity events out — new order, inventory change, PO status
  • Attach WooCommerce, Etsy, BigCommerce, custom carts, and similar

One queue for ops

Your team works a single queue regardless of which channel the order came from.

Merchants keep selling where they sell

Shopify and Amazon are connect-and-go. Other channels are connect Zapier and map a flow — more setup, same outcome.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions 3PL owners and merchants ask us most.

Why we built this

Built by operators, for operators.

3PLicity was built after watching small 3PLs lose nights and margin to mistakes that better software should have prevented.

We've spent years inside small and mid-sized 3PLs — receiving inbound, chasing inventory counts, and answering "where is my order?" on a Sunday night. 3PLicity is the system we wished we had: one place where the merchant creates the order and the warehouse runs it, with both sides looking at the same data.

We're starting with the operating model that small 3PLs actually run today — structured, merchant-driven, and connected to the channels they already sell on. Deeper automation comes next.
