How does pricing work?

It's simple: 10 cents per order processed through 3PLicity. No monthly fees, no per-seat charges, no per-merchant fees. You only pay for what you actually run.

Do you offer integrations with Shopify, Amazon, or other stores?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Amazon is a native inbound connection — Seller Central orders become sales orders in 3PLicity. Shopify is coming soon and will ingest orders and products and write fulfillment status back to the shop. For anything else — WooCommerce, Etsy, BigCommerce, custom carts — Zapier is the open channel: a Zap creates the sales order and loops line items in by SKU. Merchants can also keep creating POs and SOs directly in the platform.

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Native marketplace connections and Zapier are included in the same 10 cents per order. There is no integration tier and no add-on fee.

How do my merchant clients access the system?

Each merchant gets their own workspace inside your 3PL account, with their own seats. They can only see their own orders, inventory, and shipments. Multi-tenant isolation is built in.
