Question 1

Who pays the 10¢ per-order fee?

Accepted Answer

The 3PL operator pays 10 cents for each order processed through 3PLicity. The merchant or Amazon seller is not billed by 3PLicity for the order or for connecting a supported sales channel. There are no monthly, seat, or per-merchant fees for the 3PL.

Question 2

Do you offer integrations with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other stores?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Amazon and TikTok Shop are native inbound connections — marketplace orders become sales orders in 3PLicity. Shopify is coming soon and will ingest orders and products and write fulfillment status back to the shop. For anything else — WooCommerce, Etsy, BigCommerce, custom carts — Zapier is the open channel: a Zap creates the sales order and loops line items in by SKU. Merchants can also keep creating POs and SOs directly in the platform.

Question 3

Do merchants pay to connect Amazon or another integration?

Accepted Answer

No. Merchants and Amazon sellers pay no 3PLicity integration fee to connect a supported sales channel. Native marketplace connections and Zapier are included for the 3PL operator, who pays 10 cents per order processed through 3PLicity.

Question 4

How do my merchant clients access the system?

Accepted Answer

Each merchant gets their own workspace inside your 3PL account, with their own seats. They can only see their own orders, inventory, and shipments. Multi-tenant isolation is built in.

Question 5

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most owners and ops managers are live in under a day. Merchants can create POs and SOs directly from day one, Amazon and TikTok Shop connect natively, and any other store attaches through Zapier when you're ready.

Question 6

How do roles and permissions work?

Accepted Answer

Role-based access for your 3PL staff, and per-merchant scopes for client users. Every receive, adjustment, and shipment is captured with an audit trail.

Question 7

Is there a free trial or waitlist?

Accepted Answer

No waitlist. A 3PL operator can sign up at app.3plicity.com and start operating. The 3PL pays only for orders processed through its account; invited merchants do not pay 3PLicity.

Question 8

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There's no contract — usage-based pricing means you stop paying the moment you stop processing orders.

Question 9

Where is my data hosted, and who owns it?

Accepted Answer

Your data stays yours. We host on managed cloud infrastructure with per-merchant data isolation and a full audit trail. Export your data at any time.
